🥄 What is a Scoop Order?

A Scoop Order is a fun mystery shopping experience where you choose between a mystery bag or mystery box, and we use the corresponding scooper to scoop from our bowl of charms! 

Our charm bowl features 20+ different charms, and your scoop may include a variety of them depending on what’s available. We’ll then fill your order with a surprise assortment of cute items from our current inventory.

🎀 How does the scoop work?

First, choose the scoop size that matches the mystery bag or box you selected under products. We’ll use the corresponding scooper to scoop charms from our charm bowl, then add your mystery goodies from our current inventory.

The more scoops purchased, the more you get! Each order is packed with care and made to be a fun surprise from start to finish. 

⏰ How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you! 

💗 Can I request specific characters or styles?

Yes! If there are certain characters, colors, or styles you love, you can leave us a note in our request box upon ordering. We’ll always check our available inventory and try our best to include your preferences, but requests are not guaranteed.

🛍️ What kind of items can I receive?

We have a large inventory consisting of items such as stationery, accessories, beauty items, jewelry, charms, bags, tumblers, collectibles, and other cute surprises. You never know what you’ll get!

🎁 Can I choose exactly what goes in my scoop?

Scoop Orders are designed to be a surprise, so specific individual items cannot be requested. You can leave preferences or requests, and we’ll do our best to match your vibe based on what we currently have available.

✨ Will every scoop look the same?

Nope! Each scoop depends on our current inventory, your scoop size, and any preferences you leave for us. Your order may be completely different from someone else’s — and that’s part of the fun!

💕 What if an item I requested is out of stock?

If something you requested is unavailable, we’ll choose something similar based on the style, character, or category you requested whenever possible.

📦 How are Scoop Orders packaged?

Your items are carefully packed and prepared to make the unboxing experience just as fun as the scoop itself! Depending on the product you purchase, your order may come in a bag, box, or other appropriate packaging.

📹 Can I record my order being made?

Absolutely! If you choose our order-recording option under products we’ll record your scoop being made and prepare it especially for your unboxing experience. Please let us know whether you’d like to remain anonymous or have your TikTok username included when your video is posted.

🥰 Can I order a scoop as a gift?

Of course! Scoop Orders make a fun surprise gift for friends, family, birthdays, holidays, or just because. You can also leave a note with the recipient’s favorite characters, colors, or styles.

🔄 Can I return or exchange my Scoop Order?

Because Scoop Orders contain mystery items selected specifically for your order, returns and exchanges may not be accepted unless your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue covered by our store policies. Please review our store policies before ordering.

📬 What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order with your order number and clear. Please include clear photos of the package and the items you received, including any visible damage or issues.  We’ll be happy to look into the issue and determine the best way to help.
